Nick is an experienced clinician able to provide advice on both internal medicine and oncology cases. His aim is to provide this as quickly and comprehensively as possible, allowing you to improve the outcome for both your complex and routine cases.

When results of laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging are provided, Nick will help you interpret these. In combination with the case history and clinical findings, he will then suggest further investigations, provide practical advice on how and in what order to do these, and help you formulate a detailed treatment plan.

The treatment plan will include dosing instructions, advice on monitoring and the

management of treatment-related side effects. Advice on oncology cases will also include comprehensive advice on tumour specific management options, and when this involves the use of anticancer chemotherapy, Nick will provide drug proto

cols and advice on drug administration and monitoring.

Nick has over ten years experience working in referral practice but has also spent several years working in primary care practice, so understands the limitations this environment can sometimes bring. His advice will take these limitations into account, consider the expectations of your clients and also any financial and time constraints. If further diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are suggested, Nick can give you practical tips and in many cases also information sheets to guide you through doing these.
