An internal referral service is in effect created – our specialists interacting as members of your team.

A specialist attends your site by appointment to carry out a combination of consults and procedures.

We provide all of the major equipment (drills, arthroscopes, laparoscopes etc).

You provide drugs and consumables, a veterinary nurse and a surgical assistant if required  – or we can bring one with us.

Elective surgery

• This is our standard service
• Elective surgery planned in advance (normally 2-3 weeks)

Emergency / time sensitive surgery

• Offered by agreement
• Response times defined

Cover / Locum Services

Delivered to clients to cover absent or on leave vets who normally carry out surgical procedures.

Commercial

From a client perspective, the specialist is acting on behalf of your practice and all client billing is carried out by you.

We bill you per procedure or agree a percentage of your charge-out.
